Richard Hoyer brings more than 8 years of consulting and finance experience to HD IT Services. Richard began his career in large corporate environments such as USF&G Insurance and Legg Mason, then struck out on his own for four years as an independent consultant. During this period he combined his consulting activities with a two-year stint as interim CFO for a technology startup based in Baltimore.

Richard holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Massachusetts. His undergraduate studies were finished at Harvard University, where he spent his senior year as a visiting student.

Jose has more than 10 years of IT management experience, including over 3 years leading the IT management of a mortgage lending company. Prior to this system administrator role, Jose was an Advisory IT Specialist at IBM, where he was the technical team leader for Microsoft solutions in the area of strategic outsourcing. Before joining IBM, Jose led technical support of Computer Associates’ Venezuelan, Colombian & Brazilian offices.

Jose has a Masters in Information and Telecommunications Systems from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of National Armed Forces in Venezuela.
